Bow Season; Deer

There are no permits required when bow hunting on Hobbs!
Deer- Bow season for deer runs Sept. 28 – Feb. 28. That’s 5 full months of bow season! Arkansas recognizes your home state’s hunter safety course. All you will need to hunt Hobbs is an Arkansas Hunting license. Non-Resident licenses are available, see links below for more information.

Rabbit: Sept. 1, 2014-Feb. 28, 2015.
Squirrel: May 15, 2014-Feb. 28, 2015.
Crow: Sept. 1, 2014-Feb. 21, 2015.
Deer Archery: Sept. 27, 2014-Feb. 28, 2015.
Deer Muzzleloader (permit hunt): Nov. 15-19, 2014.
Deer Modern Gun (permit hunt): Dec. 6-10, 2014.
Deer Modern Gun Youth Hunt (permit hunt):
